Our Services
We always work to the RIBA Plan of Works. This ensures an ordered process that is understood by all stakeholders. You can read more about it here.
Audits and Planning (RIBA Stages 7, 0, 1 and 2)
Building Life Assessment
We conduct a survey of a building’s history and its current condition in the context of its ownership and community. We then develop a plan for its future.
Circular Economy Audit
In cases of refurbishment or demolition we identify how to waste minimal resources, utilising a circular economy to avoid negative triple-bottom-line impacts.
Carbon Benefit Analysis
Could adopting new technologies, improving energy efficiency, or changing land use practices result in carbon savings? We assess the impact of projects or actions in terms of their carbon emissions.
Project Feasibility Study
We holistically analyse the options for you and your building. We are creative and forensic analysts, searching out triple-bottom-line and long term benefits.
Master Plans
We look strategically at whole cities, neighbourhoods, economies, and resource flows to provide frameworks for holistic impact on a large scale.
Policy Frameworks
Using our holistic view across the sector, the economy, and society, we provide clients with policy frameworks to implement across whole estates giving tools to achieve triple bottom line sustainability.
Design and Oversight (RIBA Stages 3, 4, 5 and 6)
Project Design
We work from concept to detail, submitting Planning Applications, Building Warrants, and creating construction documents all with social, environmental & financial sustainability baked in.
Project Oversight
We can act as lead consultant role to ensure complex processes are delivered in a coordinated, planned, and professional way. This extends from initial survey, to hand-over, to in-use.
Conservation
We offer conservation support for all buildings, identifying significance, helping set strategy, securing funding, and delivering care for buildings.
Maintenance
We provide condition surveys, maintenance plans, sustainable local job plans and circular economy statements to keep buildings in use longer and make the most of invested resources.
