Spaces for

Communities

Community-owned and managed assets deliver on triple bottom line values, in depth and breadth, in their neighbourhood. Eala help the owners and operators of community buildings plan and implement the maintenance, repair and improvement of their buildings, taking into account their community, their business model, the building fabric and the energy sources. We do this with a Building Passport, providing a budgeted 30-year plan, and a masterplan approach recommending impacts which go well beyond the property boundary.
