Edinburgh Building Passports

Members of EdinBRIC across Edinburgh employed Eala to provide Building Passports for them. Our Building Passports included small ‘masterplans’ of the surrounding area, showing what is available by looking beyond the property boundary. We then developed community Passports, showing what could be done at scale, from saving money on maintenance, to effective energy efficiency, to community heat schemes. Each community has now moved on to procuring works to their buildings together.
